Commercial Builders, Inc. recently was selected by industry leader, Vratsinas Construction Company of Little Rock, AK to complete the AMC/Sears Redevelopment at Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines. The project consists of multiple phases, first of which is reducing the footprint of the existing Sears store by 50%, demoltion of the half of Sears store and the construction of a new 9 screen AMC theater that house both an IMAX and Dolby theater.

Completion for this project is expected in July of 2017.
